Jackie Demling's Softball Pitching Instruction

BACK TO CLINICS
 

Milton Girls Softball sponsored a 6-week pitching
instruction clinic in Spring of 2009.  The clinic was run by former All-American and current college pitching coach Jackie Demling.

The clinic was available to girls in Grades 3-8 and were held at a local softball field.  Another clinic will be scheduled for the Fall 2009.  Continue to this space for details.

Requirement:  Each pitcher must bring her own catcher to each session.

Registration Fee:  TBD (as a guideline, the Spring Clinic was $90 per player or $160 per family).




About Jackie Demling

Her playing statistics and honors include:

  • 2004 graduate of Wheaton College (MA)
  • Wheaton College softball team placed 3rd at the 2001 D-III World Series and 5th at the 2004 D-III World Series during her career.
  • All American Louisville Slugger/National Fast pitch Coaches Association (2004, 2003)
  • Softball New England Women and Men’s Athletic Conference (NEW MAC) Player of the Year (2004, 2003)
  • New England Intercollegiate Softball Coaches’ Association Award (2003, 2002)
  • Pitching Coach at Emerson College, Salve Regina University, Brandeis University, and Wheaton College
