U16 Summer Tournament Team
The Milton U16 Summer Team is a tournament team. Where the Milton Girls Softball Spring League is recreational in nature, the Summer Travel Program is a commitment. It is a competitive league and tryouts determine the rosters.

Practices will be determined by the coach - at least 2x a week

Tournaments are on weekends - Friday night/Sat/Sun (only some Fri nights)

Players are expected to be at the practice before a game or they will not play

Age eligibility requirements for the U16 requires you to have been born on or after January 1, 1993

Home field is the high school field (Gile).
The commitment to the Milton Summer Travel Program cannot be taken lightly.

Age eligibility requirements for the 2010 season (which mirrors ASA requirements) are as follows:
U16 - Born on or after January 1, 1993
Cost
Cost will be determined by the number of tournaments.
The last couple of years it ranged between $185-$200 and includes the tournaments, uniforms, and sliding shorts. Tournaments are usually round robin format or pool play and single elimination on Sundays, with a 3 or 4 game guarantee.
