Milton Girls Softball is a volunteer-run organization striving to provide a positive community for girls to learn the game of softball, gain confidence, build self-esteem and have some fun along the way.
We are always looking for people who support our mission and want to positively contribute to the success of Milton Girls Softball . While the work of the Board is substantial, we believe it is also very rewarding.

Board Member Expectations
Before completing information about yourself, we want to make sure you understand the requirements and expectations of being on the board. Board members are expected to:
- Understand and support the mission of the organization
- Attend and participate in meetings
- Volunteer at the three major events each year - Opening Day, All Star Weekend and the Championship Games
- Serve on at least one committee during your period on the Board.
- Abide by the expectation of confidentiality
- Be a goodwill ambassador for the organization
Board Committee Roles
Many of the board roles are outside the diamond, like any organization, we need help in a variety of areas.
Some of the volunteer positions we are actively looking to fill:
- Event Coordinators
- Clinic and Program Coordinators
- Grounds Crew/Field Maintenance
- Event Volunteers

We offer pre-season training as well as digital resources to help you develop as a coach.
