Sunday Skills Clinics
Milton Girls Softball is excited to announce we have partnered with Ace of Diamonds Softball Training to bring weekly skills training to our Sophomore, Junior, and Senior divisions throughout the spring season.
The high-energy training is focused on fundamental skills, proper mechanics, and player IQ in a positive environment. Sessions will include level-appropriate training on throwing, fielding, hitting, sliding, and situational awareness led by the experienced team at Ace of Diamonds.
These optional sessions have been developed to offer players more training in addition to their regular practices and games.
Skills Sessions Dates and Times
All sessions will be held on Sunday evenings at Kelly Field, grouped by division.
Please arrive 5-10 min early to sign in. Players should bring their softball equipment including a fielding mask, sneakers/cleats, and a water bottle.

This is a free program for MGS players but space is limited and players MUST register through Crossbar to attend.

About the Ace of Diamonds Coaches
COACH EMILY SARGENT
Coach Emily is a private pitching instructor and has run group clinics/camps for ages 8-18 since 2017. A former pitcher and D1 athlete at Central CT State University, Emily has a passion for softball, strength training, and coaching. She loves helping kids find their full potential in a sport they enjoy, and emphasizes fun, inclusivity, and hard work in all training sessions. She is a certified strength and conditioning coach (CSCS) through the NSCA, holds a Master's in Management from Harvard University, and runs her own softball training facility, Ace of Diamonds, in Needham MA.
COACH ANDREA LABONTE
Coach A is committed to empowering softball players to become confident, well-rounded players who excel both on and off the diamond. Known for her dynamic approach to coaching, Coach A emphasizes a blend of fundamentals, mechanics, and enthusiasm in her training sessions. With a passion for both softball and teaching, Coach A brings a wealth of experience and expertise, especially to the realm of hitting instruction.
